Anyone ordering from this website must accept and read the following information, which is a legal requirement: data gathered during the ordering process shall be used only to provide the service and/or supply the purchased goods and fulfil regulatory, administrative, operational and accounting requirements.

We hereby inform you that, pursuant to legislation D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 no. 196 as amended and added to from time to time, which provides for the protection of persons and other subjects in regard to personal data processing, Ceramiche FLORIMAR s.r.l. is the data controller for the personal data you have provided or that the Company has acquired in any other way in the course of its business.

Personal data processing means the gathering, registration, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction or data or a combination of two or three of these operations.

The data you have provided shall be processed for the following purposes:
• to provide the service and/or supply the goods you have purchased;
• in relation to contractual, pre-contractual or legal requirements, exclusively for administrative and accounting purposes – to perform the transaction that the user is carrying out;
• to fulfil legal requirements;
• for operational, regulatory, fiscal and administrative requirements.

The data shall not be passed on to any other subjects, except for the shipper commissioned to deliver the goods (recommended carrier or any other carrier agreed upon with the customer), nor shall they be disseminated to third parties.

The following data will be collected:
• user name and surname;
• user's address;
• personal e-mail address;
• telephone number;
• tax identification no. – VAT number (only for businesses and self-employed workers and professionals).

The required data are necessary to supply the goods or provide the service, and failure to provide any of the required data shall prevent us from fulfilling our pre-contractual, contractual, regulatory and fiscal requirements.

Data shall be processed using instruments that guarantee their safety and confidentiality and this may include processing on paper and/or using instruments to store, manage and transmit the said data.

We also inform you that art. 13 of legislation D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 no. 196, entitles the public to exercise specific rights.

In particular, the person concerned may obtain information from the data controller on whether his/her personal data exist and request that such data are made available to him/her in an intelligible form.

The person concerned also has the right to know where the data came from and the type of logic used to process them; to have data processed in breach of law cancelled, transformed, or blocked and to have data updated, rectified, and completed if incomplete; and to object, for legitimate reasons to the said data being processed.
